Exceptional and experienced Concierge required to join a boutique high end residential building in Central London. Fixed hours will be Monday to Thursday 7pm to 8am 52 hours per week. Candidates need only apply if they totally self-disciplined and are highly experienced in customer service and dealing with VIP clients and possess a critical eye for detail when it comes to carrying out specific instructions and duties/tasks. Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety, and have a strong proven track record. The right candidate will also ideally have some technical/maintenance knowledge when it comes to dealing with reactive maintenance and technical faults in the building in order to assist in the smooth running of the building.
