The Best Connection is currently working with a well-respected care home in Bynea, Llanelli, to find a dedicated Night Care Worker. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to residents during night shifts. Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Monitor the health and well-being of residents, reporting any changes to senior staff. Ensure the safety and security of residents throughout the night. Support residents with their bedtime routines and ensure they are comfortable. Perform light housekeeping duties as required. Follow care plans and document care provided accurately. Requirements:
