Negotiation Supplier Management:
- Work constantly with suppliers to negotiate contracts / trading term based on defined target. Validate the costing based on margin target market survey
- Collaborate with suppliers to get good prices, promotion for Stores to extend the range of products following the company strategy, with help of the buyer officer and/ or purchasing dept manager
 
Category Stock Management:
- Analyze quarterly sale performance, the performance indicators and the market evolution and margin of your portfolio by category by supplier with action plan.
- Check weekly stock level report from procurement team of the warehouses and apply action plan like to place urgent order or to push allocation if needed, with validation of buyer officer and/or purchasing dept manager
