Draft and prepare official documents, contracts, and all sales-related materials.
Consolidate revenue data and sales performance reports, report directly to the Board of Directors. Monitor and analyze KPI metrics, providing systematic and periodic evaluations of the sales team's performance.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Manager and the sales team.
Closely monitor the implementation of business plans, provide regular follow-ups, and ensure the sales department remains aligned with the company strategy and achieves set targets.
Organize and manage work schedules, meeting calendars, and business travel plans for the sales department.
