2. Customer technical service:

- Visit dealer, customer and famer

- Technical consulting to customer

- Design feeding program, feed management and animal health care management for customer farm

3. Product design and Product development:

- Set up diet speccification based on growth phases

- Competitors sample collecting for analysis & evaluation result

- To evaluate feed trial result and POP evaluation

- Develop new product, new raw material, new technique application

- Gather competitor and market information
