1. Expanding New business (60%)
• Define the potential opportunities & approach customer for needs confirmation
• Identify customer issues and consult/ suggest the suitable solution to solve them
• Prepare technical solution and proposal to customer
• Negotiate with customers to get contract and supervise the contract progressing
2. Manage all FDI exiting customers (Speaking Chinese) (30%)
• Regular visit all existing Chinese Key Accounts Customers
• Build good relationships, customer intimacy with customers.
• Discover additional/new demand and find solution to meet additional demand or enquiry of existing customers
• Coordinate related stake holders to handle issues/ customer complaints (quality, commercia...
