The Financial Institutions Group in the New York office is looking for mid-level associates (i.e., class of ) with M&A transactional experience, including experience with financial institutions transactions. Ideal candidate will have some Insurance M&A experience. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $260,000-$365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
