Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage the vehicle sales team to achieve targets Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns Monitor sales performance and prepare reports Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff Manage customer relationships and handle escalations Oversee vehicle stock levels and inventory control Negotiate deals and finalize major sales Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Coordinate with finance, marketing, and service departments Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Requirements Matric / Grade 12 3 yearβs experience in automotive sales management, especially in new vehicle department Experience working in a franchised dealership environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target Remuneration Package ...
