+ Experience in NPI Operations, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, operations engineering, or CM/OEM management.
+ Ability to drive solutions and collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional groups and supply chain management teams.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to leadership teams.
+ Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
