Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage NPI team covering: PDP Gate 2 & 3 Support PDP Gate 4 & 5 Owner (Scale-Up) Sample Preparation for PDP Gate 4 & 5 Customer Development (CD) Support for Stage B Customer Development (CD) Owner for Stage C (Scale-Up) Sample Preparation for CD Stage C Mentoring and Coaching Team Product Transfer New Machine Development (As part of PDP process) 2nd Source Qualification (Raw Material) COGS/Cost Reduction Remain abreast of technical developments in the field; obtain information through literature and patents. Actively participate in aligning on best practices across various manufacturing sites as well as lead benchmarking activities to ensure current processes and methodologies are ahead of competitors offering similar products or services Provide technical advice, expertise, and troubleshooting training & consultation to engineers and to current and potential customers regarding product usage, flexibility, and applications
