Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Managing employees’ accommodation and related matters including sourcing of apartments, rental car, hotel/lodging, air ticket booking for employees, as well as liaising with landlord, water & utilities suppliers, telecommunications vendors, contractors etc
- Provide all round office administrative and management support.
- General office upkeep and maintenance of office, and sourcing, purchasing and/or maintenance of items.
- Keeping track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices
- Coordinating and organising office activities and office projects as and when required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements - Polytechnic Diploma in related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office
