**Locations:** Loveland & Fort Collins, CO (position rotates between both clinic locations)

**Schedule:** Full-time, flexible | 12.5-hour shifts (7:30 AM 8:00 PM)

**Hours:** 7 days/week, 7:30 AM 7:30 PM

**Salary:** $216,000 $226,000 (based on experience)

**Requirements:**

+ Active CO license (or eligible to receive); MD or DO
+ Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (ABMS)
+ Experience in Family Med/ER/Urgent Care preferred
+ Familiarity with EMR systems
+ Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment
+ Proficiencies with general medical procedures
