**About the Role**

Manager New Hotels Openings is based in Dubai will work together with the owning companies as the projects are moving through the pre- opening process. This includes an orientation to the owning company on IHG ways of working, project kick-off meetings, development of the pre-opening budget and regular catchups to ensure the projects are moving at pace.

**Role Purpose**

+ Be the main point of contact with project team and ownership.
+ Work closely with Design and Engineering team on project updates and progress, support in escalating any potential risks to ownership.
+ Liaise with core team and key functions to ensure all pre-opening tasks are completed in timely manner toward opening date.
+ Ensure all pre-opening milestones are completed according to agreed timeline.
+ Ensure Owners Portal and one force systems are up to date.
