New Business Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Switzerland/Ecublens, directly reporting to Automotive Refinish Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit existing customers and acquire new clients
• Independently plan your routes and customer visits
• Take strong personal responsibility for achieving targets and developing new business
• Gather market intelligence (trends and competitor activities)
• Prepare materials for sales meetings (project lists)
• Present project lists internally
• Prepare budgets and business plans (territory‑specific and according to guidelines)
• Manage the pipeline and customer activities
• Provide technical advice directly on‑site at customer locations
• Coordinate technical service interventions with customers
• Introduce new products to customers
