The Role
The New Business Development Consultant is responsible for identifying prospective opportunities, developing customer relationships, implementing WTW South Africaβs marketing and sales plan and fostering the growth of the sales and marketing team. To drive new business through marketing campaigns, strategic networking events, and client roundtables. Manage prospect tracking, growth and strategy with CRB Leader, Operational Leaders, Production Team and Client Service Teams. Collaborate with Operational Leaders in the management of pipeline forecasting for the market.
Establish sufficient prospective opportunities to meet strategic business plans. Detailed knowledge of all prospective and new customer relationships to facilitate and maintain business growth and profitability. Develop annual sales plan for input into the annual business plan.
