The New Business Outbound Consultant will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting and resolving all queries related to Account Origination journey for New Bank client, including Bin migration clients.
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to (product and systems will be trained here):
Investigate, troubleshoot why clients are stuck in the Account Origination journey
Provide feedback and insights on Account Origination journey blockers
Provides exceptional client on-boarding experience - personalized, warm and effective through our multiple channels e.g. calls, web, chat, video, etc.
