SWBC is seeking a talented individual who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of new commercial lines accounts from submission through bind. This role partners closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive insurance solutions. The position requires strong technical insurance knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

In this role, you’ll drive new business success and overall agency growth by guiding opportunities from submission to bind and seeing the direct impact of your work. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a wide variety of accounts and industries while collaborating closely with a supportive team and building lasting relationships with internal colleagues and trusted carrier partners.
