Lead product development process and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute the agreed product plan, while ensuring compliance with the product development policy and SOPs
Ensure effective communication between the Product management team and core internal partners in Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, Life Operations, Marketing and Distribution
Provide regular communication and updates on progress to ensure visibility and action on key risks and issues
Collaborate with Product managers and other stakeholders to manage timeline and track implementation progress for the entire product development cycle, from pre-launch to post-launch
Ensure completion of product launch signoffs, record management of all relevant documents and post-launch review under Product Management
Identify areas of optimisation and improvements by deconstructing issues and proposing solutions for future improvement
