PT Neurologist Need in Washington

• 1 week a month Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with call throughout the week.
• Average patients per day 16
• Required Procedures EEG, EMG
• Licensed- Yes must be WA Licensed at time of present
• Certs required, BLS & ACLS
