Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. Associate's degree in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology or equivalent

Position Summary:

Under moderate supervision, prepares patient for and conducts various neurodiagnostic procedures such as Electroencephalograms, Evoked Potentials, and Transcranial Doppler exams. Collects patient information pertinent to the interpretation of the tests and determines proper procedures for testing.

Essential Functions Include:

Standard EEGs - Performs standard EEGs such as wake and sleep, nasopharyngeal, bedside, isolation, pediatric, neonatal, eletrocerebral inactivity evaluations, etc., according to departmental procedures.
