Job Summary

Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our Neurocritical Care team in an overnight role with a 7-on/7-off schedule, offering continuity of care within a highly collaborative ICU environment. In this position, the APP will work closely with neurointensivists and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke, intracranial hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, and post-operative neurosurgical cases. Responsibilities include performing admissions and consultations, managing daily patient care, conducting neurological assessments, interpreting diagnostic results, and developing treatment plans to support optimal outcomes.
