Position Overview
Salary range: $3,200 - $4,000
This position reports to the Group IT Manager and interface with company’s staff of all levels. This position provides technical support to all Eng Kong offices, including group financial and operational/transactional systems. Applicants with knowledge in container depot operations, technical sales and/or project execution are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities - Technical support for user's desktops, laptops, System/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup facility and other related IT equipment.
- Troubleshooting of computer network issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
- Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync)
- System administration for various servers.
- Hardware/Software inventory documentation.
- Study, recommend and introduce IT initiatives to improve IT operations.
