Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support: answer customer queries assist with specification matching help interpret test results recommend actions and solutions.
Assist in equipment setup commissioning and calibration (where applicable) of network/datatcentre test and measurement tools.
Monitor and evaluate technology-trends in network test equipment datacentre infrastructure and cable/network testing methodologies and provide feedback to internal teams.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements tailor solutions and contribute to the development of proposals and quotations.
