Hands on experience on Cisco datacenter technologies-Nexus,VPC,VDC and Cisco ACI is must
Providing First level support as per the time window defined by bank.
Follow-up and coordination with the respective equipment vendor / service provider for restoration of the failed device / service link / issue.
