Responsibilities

• Be involved in the ongoing lifecycle activities for services the NetSecOps team deliver, including Network Security, Endpoint Security and Identity Security.
• Provide second‑level network support to users across sites nationwide.
• Provide eyes‑on‑glass for initial incident triage and escalation of network faults.
• Attend sites nationwide and assist with the physical installation of network equipment.
• Work on the technical delivery of both internal and external projects.
