Network Security Engineer (post sales)
Job Location: Singapore.
Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales and product teams to support solution design, implementation, and customer success Provide post-sales technical support, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network security solutions Act as the technical point of contact for customers during and after implementation Conduct system testing, acceptance, and documentation to ensure successful delivery Assist in resolving escalated technical issues and provide timely root-cause analysis Deliver knowledge transfer, technical training, and best-practice guidance to customers Perform any other duties as assigned
