Senior Associate Cross Technology Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist

Developing subject matter expert responsible for ensuring client solution requirements are resolved in line with SLAs. Performs configurations, actions installations, break/fix events, and works toward associate to professional level certification while developing business knowledge across Networking, Data Centre, Security, Customer experience, Collaboration, and End User Compute.
