We’re looking for someone who loves making operations run smooth. You’ll own the day-to-day of our last-mile delivery network keeping it stable and robust. If you like seeing your work turn into real parcels delivered on time, this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules
• Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem
• Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live
• Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams
• Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking
• Work side by side with hub managers, 3PL partners and cross-functional teams

What you bring

• 3+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain or something close
• Fluent in Excel and comfortable with large datasets
• You spot patterns in numbers other people miss
