What you’ll do
Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules
Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem
Support new hub and sub‑hub launches from zero to live
Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams
Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking
Work side by side with hub managers, 3PL partners and cross‑functional teams
