We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Network Operations Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Corporate WAN and Wireless networks, with a focus on delivering excellent support and maintaining high-quality network performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 3-7 years of experience in Network Operations Support, focusing on Corporate WAN and Wireless environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot complex multi-site voice and data LAN/WAN network solutions, primarily using Cisco products.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support for network operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
