Job Role: Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Summary Responsible for 24x7 monitoring, triage, and first-response handling of IT infrastructure, network, application, and security alerts. Ensures early detection of issues and fast escalation to maintain service availability in a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor servers, networks, applications, and security alerts using NOC tools
- Perform first-level triage and classify incidents based on severity
- Create, update, and manage incidents in ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Remedy)
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams as per SLA and escalation matrix
- Execute runbook-based troubleshooting and initial response actions
