Position Overview
The Opportunity
As a Level 2 NOC Technician you will be part of our follow‑the‑sun operations team. Your mission is to monitor, troubleshoot, and restore network services that keep our customers’ plants, labs, and critical infrastructure running securely and without interruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuous monitoring of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and other network assets via dashboards and alerting tools
- Second‑line diagnosis and resolution of connectivity incidents (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, basic routing/switching)
- Execute standard changes (e.g., user access, guest Wi‑Fi, basic policy updates) under run‑books and change‑control procedures
- Capture, classify, and update tickets; escalates to L3 or field teams when required, ensuring accurate hand‑over between shifts
