Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for network equipment.
- Install and configure network switches and wireless access points.
- Coordinate with cabling contractors for passive cabling support and post-installation inspection.
- Provide second-tier response, issue analysis, and resolution planning for network-related incidents.
- Resolve incident tickets and support approved change requests as part of daily network operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning on network infrastructure.
- Initiate and follow up on critical technical support requirements with external vendors.
- Maintain network documentation using the designated infrastructure documentation tools.
- Manage network asset information using the designated configuration or asset database tools.
- Liaise with internal IT teams on projects and ongoing network support requirements.
