Support the Vodafone global account in all aspects of account management, client relationships and project delivery with a key focus on managing our markets.
Reporting: manage the global reporting workstream e.g. investment, competitive, KPIs, effectiveness.
Support in the timely delivery of monthly reports to Vodafone which includes ensuring accuracy on the MMIR template / Wizard platform and ongoing usage.
Global support for Percept and local teams for Wizard requests such as User approvals.
Support with finance and billing teams.
Account Management: Strong communication and project management skills required to work collaboratively with our global team and colleagues across local markets.
Requires regular communication with markets, understanding of their priorities, gathering and sharing case studies and inspiration and driving deadlines.
