We're looking for an experienced NMC Engineer to join our network maintenance team supporting 5G and LTE RAN operations during the nightly maintenance window (8 PM – 5 AM CST).

In this role, you'll be the hands-on executor of scheduled maintenance activities — performing software and firmware upgrades on eNBs and small cells, running pre/post checks, executing MOPs, collecting logs, and ensuring zero-error completion of all nightly tasks.

You'll work closely with day-shift engineering teams and escalate issues following established procedures. This is a critical role for network stability.
