Key Responsibilities Manage daily network operations to ensure performance, reliability, and security of enterprise infrastructure. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP servers. Configure and manage routing, switching, firewall policies, ACLs, and secure access solutions. Support deployment and administration of Cisco SD-WAN environments to optimize connectivity and network traffic. Manage and configure Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco wireless solutions, and Zscaler ZIA/ZPA platforms. Implement and maintain secure authentication and access control technologies such as AAA, 802.1X, and TACACS+. Monitor network performance, conduct troubleshooting, and coordinate scheduled upgrades and improvements.
