JOB DETAILS

1 Provides oversight and management of a cross functional team of engineers and leads the team in achieving executional and strategic goals.
2 Responsible for engineering execution, resource utilization, team development, and development of engineering initiatives, associated budgets, schedules and supporting resource plans.

3 Although this is a resource manager role, frequent use of relevant industry knowledge/experience, with specific focus on subsea production equipment and associated manufacturing processes is relied upon heavily; and is essential for being successful in the role.

4 Manages various engineering disciplines and could have up to 30 direct reports, comprising of engineering professionals of various experience and skill sets.
