Network Engineer | 24/7 Operations | Next Generation Firewalls

A highly successful Managed Service Provider, offering Connectivity, Cloud, Infrastructure, and more is seeking a Network Engineer to join their 24/7 operations team.

Location: London (24/7 shift pattern – 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

The Role

As a 2nd Line Network Engineer, you’ll take ownership of Layer 2 and 3 customer tickets, changes, and requests, as well as working with Next Gen Firewalls . You would be working closely with and receiving training/guidance from senior engineers to resolve technical challenges.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer network issues across switching, routing, wireless, and security environments
