Responsibilities · Partner with business units to understand organization’s needs; design, plan, implement & support global data centers and enterprise campus networks. · Handle multiple high-impact projects concurrently. · Undertake large scale network transformation initiatives working in a cross-functional team. · Analyze and resolve complex network issues, often serving as a high-level escalation point for the support teams. · Design, configure, implement, and support edge network, WAN/MPLS and cloud connectivity. · Improve operational efficiency – Enhance Network Automation, Empower NOC team to through knowledge base, runbooks, review & reduce tickets strategically. · Identify gaps, risks, potential issues and resolve them proactively. · Audit and develop standards and procedures for network technologies.
