Qualifications

• Have a BS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrate engineering and administration experience with Network support tools
• Display knowledge of cloud computing and Network components (WAN and LAN).
• Able to effectively multi-task, prioritize and lead projects is a necessity
• Able to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems and tools, and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure
• Demonstrate knowledge of network diagnostic and monitoring tools
• Show basic oral and written communications skills
• Able to work independent and working across engineering teams

Responsibilities
