Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or graduate of a technical school. Relevant technical certifications are a plus (CCNA, CCNP or Higher).
At least 10 years of IT support technical experience with proven experience as a network engineer for at least 5 years.
Hands-on experience on the deployment, installation, configuration and maintenance of enterprise network equipment, devices and services. (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS, IGMP, LACP)
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
