Position Overview
**This position requires a fully onsite schedule out of our Seneca One, Buffalo NY office. No relocation assistance is provided for this position.**

Monday: 7:30pm to 7:00am
Tuesday: 7:30pm to 7:00am
Wednesday:7:30pm to 7:00am
**Overview:**
Serves as primary identification and contact for all failed events and change assistance in the Network Control Center. Handles immediate impact analysis for all situations.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the Network Control Center queue in the Service Center by assigning specific tickets at the start of every shift and new tickets during the shift. Ensure all appropriate notes are documented for each ticket.
+ Manage pertinent system alerts. Ensure all red (critical) alerts are acknowledged and have a problem ticket associated with it within 10 minutes of the first occurrence, followed by orange (major) alerts.
