Operate and maintain core data centre switching across L2/L3, including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), high-availability (HSRP/VRRP), and link aggregation
Support enterprise switching platforms (such as Aruba, Arista, or Cisco Nexus class) in a change-controlled environment
Administer enterprise firewall and VPN platforms, including access and policy upkeep
Monitor network health, analyse errors and counters, and triage incidents
Execute changes within approved maintenance windows, with full ITSM evidence and rollback discipline
