Job Description
The Network Administrator supports and maintains LAN and WAN equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance and security. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. We are currently hiring for this position in the following states: Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure Management:
* Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks across multiple sites.
* Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and any other required network components.
* Monitor network performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
* Perform firmware updates, patching, and lifecycle management of networking equipment.
