What you will do
You are comfortable owning the administration of our core payroll and financial platforms — ADP and NetSuite — for a fast-growing, multi-national organization. You ensure payroll processes are accurate and compliant, keep the ERP running smoothly, and support the data flows our Finance team depends on for planning and reporting.
Payroll Systems Administration (ADP)
Own the end-to-end administration and configuration of ADP (Workforce Now preferred), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across multiple entities. Manage user access, roles, and governance in ADP; coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll cycles, headcount changes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
