**Aerotek is seeking general laborers to clear packaging jams within a large distribution company in the Memphis are.**

**12 hour overnight position. 5pm-5am Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday.**

You will play a key role in keeping high-volume conveyor systems running safely and efficiently by clearing nets, monitoring for jams, and supporting maintenance activities within a large, modern distribution facility. You will work as part of a small, dedicated team on a structured shift schedule, performing hands-on mechanical tasks, walking the facility to identify and resolve issues, and using tools and equipment to maintain smooth operations.
