Position Overview
The Clinical Pharmacist 2 (Nephrology) is an integral part of the outpatient dialysis care team, providing advanced pharmacy services and managing drug therapy under established protocols. The pharmacist collaborates closely with nephrologists, nurses, and dietitians to improve medication-related outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), kidney transplants, and other renal conditions. This role acts as a valuable resource to support healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, pharmacy students, and residents.
This position is on-sight and located at the Baylor Scott and White Dialysis Center in Temple, TX.
