Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated NEPA Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Team in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC), with a focus on aviation projects! This is not a remote position.

**Responsibilities**

+ We are seeking a NEPA specialist with background in managing projects, business development, managing relationships with clients, supporting and leading NEPA planning projects, and leading and mentoring team members.
