Setting: 34-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at a leading women's and children's hospital

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU
• Conduct daily neonatal rounds and manage patient care plans
• Collaborate with Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Oversee and support 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
• Participate in home call coverage following daily rounds
• Manage newborn nursery rounds
