• BC Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• Schedule is 3 - 14 hour shifts per week; No call
• Mostly work nights, but may work days depending on needs
• Average 6-8 patients per day while night shift covers the ICU & intermediate nursery
• Cover high risk deliveries; No surgeries
